§ 7-1.701. Permits.

The Director of Public Works may grant a permit to drill a hole not exceeding four (4″) inches in diameter in a public sidewalk or in that portion of a public street not used for vehicular traffic for the purpose of inserting a flagpole therein upon which the flag of the United States, the flag of the State, or the flag of the County is displayed.
