§ 7-1.702. Plugging: Refilling.

Latest version.

Except when such hole is being used to support the flagpole of the flag of the United States, State, or County, the permittee, or his successor or assign, shall plug such hole with a wood, metal, plastic, or concrete plug, which shall be so constructed as to completely cover such hole and be level with the surrounding surface, or shall refill such hole and restore the street to a condition equivalent to that in which the street was prior to the excavation.
