§ 7-3.02. Scope.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to:
(a)

All work required under any City law, including the subdivision and encroachment provisions, or required as a condition of other work performed in the street rights-of-way and public places of the City; and

(b)

Individuals and groups planting trees and shrubs voluntarily in public rights-of-way.

The provisions of this chapter shall also serve as the regulations for work done by or under contract for the City.
