§ 7-5.901. Alteration of a special flood hazard area.

When a special flood hazard area, as established in accordance with Section 7-5.302, is altered due to development or a flood control project, the party responsible for the alteration shall submit a request, on forms submitted by the Floodplain Administrator, to the Federal Insurance Administration, Federal Emergency Management Agency, that a map revision be made.
