§ 8-20.01. Adoption.

(a)

The International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 Edition, is hereby adopted and enacted as the Primary Property Maintenance Code of the City of Simi Valley, and made part of this Code by reference with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein.

(b)

One copy of the International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 Edition, has been filed for use and examination of the public in the Offices of the City of Simi Valley.
