§ 8-21.10. Appeals.

(a)

In the event of any dispute regarding the suitability of alternate materials and methods of construction, the decision of the enforcing authority may be appealed to the Building Security Board of Appeals by filing a written request within thirty (30) days. Such Board shall consist of the Building Official, the Director of Environmental Services, and the Chief of Police, or their duly authorized agents.

(b)

All appeals shall be presented in writing to the Building Security Board of Appeals. The Board shall adopt reasonable rules and regulations for conducting its hearings. The decisions of the Board shall be final.
