§ 8-22.01. Adoption.

(a)

The California Green Building Standards Code, 2016 Edition, Part 11 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations together with those omissions, amendments, exceptions and additions thereto are adopted and enacted, as the Primary Green Building Code of the City of Simi Valley and made part of this Code by reference with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein.

(b)

One copy of the 2016 California Green Building Standards Code has been filed for use and examination of the public in the Offices of the City of Simi Valley.
