All installed landscaping and irrigation systems shall be continually maintained.
Maintenance of approved landscaping and irrigation systems shall consist of regular
watering, mowing, pruning, fertilizing, clearing of debris and weeds, monitoring for
pests and disease, the removal and replacement of dead plants, and the repair of the
irrigation system, including its individual components.
