Any staff report or recommendations to the Director on a Tentative Parcel Map, to
the Commission on a Tentative Parcel Map or Tentative Tract Map, or to the Commission
and Council on a Vesting Tentative Map shall be provided to the subdivider at least
three days before any hearing or action on the map. In the case of a proposed conversion
of real property to a condominium, community apartment, or stock cooperative project,
the staff report shall be provided to each tenant of the subject property at least
three days before any hearing or action on the map, in addition to the subdivider.
