As a condition of approval of any map, the subdivider may be required to construct
improvements or to pay fees or other consideration in lieu thereof to resolve or mitigate
problems identified in environmental impact review documents in compliance with Map
Act Chapter 4, Article 5, or to comply with the requirements of the General Plan,
any applicable Specific Plan, and/or any other applicable ordinances or regulations.
