The approval of a land use permit (e.g., Conditional Use Permit, Cluster Development
Permit, Planned Development Permit, Temporary Use Permit, Variance, etc.) shall become
effective at the end of the 14th day following the date of application approval by
the appropriate review authority, unless an appeal of the review authority's action
has been filed in compliance with Chapter 9-76 (Appeals).
