§ 2-6.101. City Clerk, City Treasurer, and Finance Director.

The City Clerk, the City Treasurer, and the Finance Director shall each execute a bond in the penal sum of One Hundred Thousand and no/100ths ($100,000.00) Dollars pursuant to the provisions of Section 36518 of the Government Code of the State.

If any person shall fill two (2) or more of the offices set forth in this section, only one bond shall be required for such person in an amount equal to the greatest sum required for any of such offices held.
