§ 3-2.04. Payment.

The fees required to be paid by the provisions of Section 3-2.03 of this chapter shall be due and payable concurrently with the issuance of a building permit for the construction of any new dwelling unit; provided, however, there shall be a refund of such fees in the event the building permit is not used for such construction.
