§ 4-8.05. Licenses: Required: Applications: Approval.

Each applicant for a license required by the provisions of this chapter shall present for inspection his application, his valid driver's license as required by the Department of Motor Vehicles of the State, and his valid Motor Vehicle Transportation License issued by the Board of Equalization of the State. If the application and such licenses meet the requirements set forth in this chapter, the Chief of Police shall approve the application.
