§ 5-3.02. Exceptions.

The provisions of Section 5-3.01 of this chapter shall not prohibit the drinking or possession of such alcoholic beverages:
(a)

Within the interior of any premises licensed for the consumption of such beverages on the premises or in the immediate seating area of any eating establishment where alcohol may be consumed in conjunction with the serving of meals; or

(b)

At any event for which a valid special events permit or other permit has been obtained from the responsible public agency or official where such permit allows the consumption of alcohol.
