| § 5-41.01. Definitions. |
| § 5-41.02. Medicinal cannabis cultivation by a primary caregiver, qualified patient, or patient with an identification card at a residence. |
| § 5-41.03. Personal cannabis cultivation by adults twenty-one (21) years of age or over at a residence. |
| § 5-41.04. Cannabis distribution or dispensary or medicinal cannabis dispensary as a prohibited use. |
| § 5-41.05. Smoking, vaporizing, or ingesting of any cannabis or medicinal cannabis. |
