§ 5-5.03. Licenses: Applications.

Any person desiring to obtain a license to maintain a billiard room shall make a written application to the Chief of Police therefor, stating, in addition to the information required by the provisions of Section 3-1.103 of Article 1 of Chapter 1 of Title 3 of this Code, the following information:
(a)

The name and residence of the applicant and all other persons to be interested in the business;

(b)

The exact location of the place where the billiard room is to be maintained; and

(c)

That the applicant and all other persons interested in the business are of good moral character and will not carry on such business in a manner detrimental to the morals, peace, safety, and well-being of the community.
