§ 6-12.502. Best Management Practices (BMPs).
(a)
A Responsible Party engaged in activities, operations, or owning facilities or property that may cause or contribute to Pollution or Contamination of the Storm Drain System must comply with the BMPs as adopted pursuant to this chapter.
(b)
A Responsible Party engaged in activities or operations, or owning facilities or property, that may result in Pollutants entering the Storm Drain System or Watercourse, must implement BMPs to prevent and reduce such Pollutants.
(c)
Implementation of BMPs as required in this Section must occur no later than sixty (60) days after the effective date of this chapter.
