§ 6-12.510. Storm Drain System Protection.
(a)
The Responsible Party of property in which a Watercourse or Storm Drain System passes, must maintain the storm drain so as to be free of trash, debris, vegetation, and obstacles.
(b)
The Responsible Party whose property contains structures within or adjacent to the Storm Drain System, must maintain the structure so that the structure will not become a hazard to the use, function, or physical integrity of the Storm Drain System.
(c)
The Responsible Party will not remove healthy bank vegetation beyond that actually necessary for maintenance of its structures.
(d)
The Responsible Party will not remove vegetation in such a manner as to increase the vulnerability of the Storm Drain System to erosion.
