§ 6-7.12. Inspection.

The Department/Agency and City's/County's inspector may, at any and all reasonable times, enter any and all places, property, enclosures, and structures for the purpose of making examinations and investigations to determine compliance with this chapter. The Department/Agency may require that any work for which a permit is required by this chapter be completed in stages and that each such completed stage be inspected prior to any further work. Registered inspectors shall inspect drilling and sealing operations for engineering test holes and monitoring wells when required by conditions of any permit. Prior to commencing any inspection pursuant to this section, the Department/Agency shall obtain either the consent of the owner or occupant of the property or an administrative inspection warrant.
