§ 6-7.13. Enforcement.

The Director is hereby designated as the enforcing agent of this chapter. "Hearing Officer" as used herein shall mean the Director or the Director's designee, who shall preside at the administrative hearings authorized by this chapter and issue final decisions on matters raised therein.
