§ 7-1.601. Height.

Each overhead structure which extends over the portion of the street used by vehicles shall be not less than fifteen (15′) feet above the highest portion of the street surface. If the Director of Public Works finds that traffic conditions are such that it is necessary for street safety for such structures to be at a greater height, then such structures shall be at such greater height as specified by the Director of Public Works.
