§ 7-1.603. Maintenance.

Any permit issued pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1.205 of Article 2 of this chapter to erect or maintain an overhead structure shall be treated as, and deemed to be, a permit to maintain such structure until the expiration or revocation of such permit. The provisions of this section shall not apply to agencies operating under approved franchises.
