§ 7-5.604. Standards for utilities.

(a)

All new and replacement water supply and sanitary sewage systems shall be designed to minimize or eliminate:

(1)

Infiltration of flood waters into the system; and

(2)

Discharge from systems into flood waters.

(b)

On-site waste disposal systems shall not be located in SFHAs. See Section 7-5.601(i).

(c)
