The three (3) alternate members to the Citizens' Election Advisory Commission first
appointed shall serve for a period which shall include three (3) general municipal
elections, commencing with April 13, 1982, and terminating February 28, 1987. Thereafter,
all future terms of the alternate members of the Commission shall be for a four (4)
year period terminating on February 28 of the fourth year in office. The alternate
members shall be available for vacancy appointments in the order designated and, upon
a vacancy, shall serve out the term of such vacancy.
