§ 6-12.508. City Requirements for Construction Sites and Industrial Facilities with General Permits.

  • (a)

    A Responsible Party for a construction site, required to apply for a Construction General Permit issued by the State Water Resources Control Board or the Regional Board, will submit the following to the Director:

    (1) Proof that a Notice of Intent has been submitted to the State Water Resources Control Board;

    (2) Certification that a SWPPP has been prepared; and

    (3) Proof that a Change of Information form has been submitted to the State Water Resources Control Board of the modified SWPPP any time a transfer of ownership occurs while Construction Activities are in progress.

    (b)

    A Responsible Party must comply with Section 6-12.508(a) prior to the issuance of any grading, encroachment, building, electrical, construction or demolition permit, or any City authorization for construction or demolition involving land disturbance.

    (c)

    The Responsible Party for an industrial facility, required to apply for an Industrial General Permit issued by the State Water Resources Control Board or the Regional Board, will produce the following upon request to the Director:

    (1) Proof of a Notice of Intent has been submitted to the State Water Resources Control Board;

    (2) Certification that a SWPPP has been prepared; and

    (3) Proof that a Change of Information form has been submitted to the State Water Resources Control Board of the modified SWPPP any time a transfer of ownership occurs.
