§ 5-5.10. Coin-operated tables: Application of provisions.

The provisions of Sections 5-5.03, 5-5.04, 5-5.06 through 5-5.08, 5-5.11, and 5-5.12 of this chapter shall apply to owners or persons in charge of coin-operated pool tables with like force and effect as such provisions apply to persons who maintain or knowingly permit places under their control to be maintained as billiard rooms.
